Tony Pescatore

Firm managing partner Tony Pescatore specializes in income tax and business consulting for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.  He also consults in the estate and trust tax planning arena.  Tony is a 1991 graduate of Purdue University with a B. S. degree in Accounting. 

He is a licensed CPA in both Arizona and Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of CPAs and the Illinois CPA Society.

Tony serves on the Finance Committees for various associations and non-profit groups.  He is married and has two children.

Rachel Cooper

Firm partner Rachel Cooper has more than 15 years experience in individual and business income tax compliance.  She specializes in individual and small to medium-sized business taxation, payroll and sales tax reporting and compliance and financial accounting software consulting.

Rachel has been a Valley resident since she moved to Scottsdale in 1976. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University College of Business in 1993 with a B. S. degree in Accounting.  She is a licensed CPA in both Arizona and Nevada and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of CPAs.

Active in community affairs, Rachel is Treasurer of the Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society, a non-profit organization that promotes the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale, AZ.  She is married and has two children.
